This full renovation at 1777 Bayshore transforms a waterfront condominium into a refined, highly functional living environment, maximizing panoramic views of the marina, ocean, and North Shore mountains.

The layout was reconfigured to improve flow, natural light, and usability, anchored by an open-concept kitchen, custom millwork, and spa-inspired bathrooms. A soft, modern material palette and integrated lighting create a cohesive and timeless aesthetic throughout.

Delivered within a premium high-rise, the project required precise coordination with strata, restricted access, and strict scheduling. ProStyle Construction Ltd. led the project through a design-build approach, supported by disciplined site management and real-time client communication through JobTread.
