Randy Ferchoff Biography

Randy is the Director of Operations and a Partner at ProStyle Construction Ltd., bringing over 40 years of combined experience in construction and facility management. He began his career in the trades at the age of 13 while attending school, building a strong hands-on foundation that continues to inform his practical, solutions-driven leadership style.

Over his career, Randy achieved his Red Seal designation and advanced through key site leadership roles, including Assistant Site Supervisor and Site Supervisor on multi-family construction projects. He later moved into senior management, where he was appointed to lead a new division focused on seniors’ care home development. In this capacity, he oversaw all aspects of operations—from construction and design through policy development, sales, leasing, staffing, and full facility operations—eventually serving as General Manager.

Since 2021, Randy has worked with Vancouver ProStyle Contractors Ltd. and Venture Pacific Design + Build, and now plays a central leadership role at ProStyle Construction Ltd. As Director of Operations, he oversees day-to-day execution, project delivery, and operational systems, ensuring consistency, accountability, and quality across all projects. His depth of experience across trades, site supervision, and executive operations makes him a key partner in driving ProStyle’s long-term success.
