Today, ProStyle focuses on intentional residential construction—projects that demand leadership, clarity, and integrity, not shortcuts.
OUR TEAM
Abel Strujenco
ProStyle Construction is founded and led by Abel Strujenco, whose background spans medical training, trade work, large-scale construction, business leadership and a builder’s license.
Abel’s approach to construction is shaped by lived experience—by seeing firsthand what happens when systems lack accountability, and by choosing a path where integrity and responsibility are non-negotiable.
Today, Abel remains directly involved in shaping ProStyle’s standards, processes, and long-term direction. His role is not to sell promises—but to ensure they are kept.
Randy Ferchoff
Randy Ferchoff is Director of Operations and a Partner at ProStyle Construction Ltd., bringing over 40 years of experience across trades, site supervision, and senior management. A Red Seal tradesman, he oversees day-to-day operations, project delivery, and systems, ensuring consistency, accountability, and quality across every build. Read more

Derek Ferchoff is a Job Site Supervisor at ProStyle Construction, overseeing residential renovations from planning through completion. With a background in woodworking and custom builds, he brings a detail-driven, client-first approach. He holds a degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and joined ProStyle full-time in 2024. Read more
