This Vancouver condo renovation was thoughtfully redesigned to create a clean, functional, and elevated living space tailored to modern urban living.

The kitchen was fully reconfigured with custom millwork and integrated storage solutions – featuring pull-out pantry systems, concealed appliances, and optimized corner storage -to maximize efficiency without compromising design.

A soft, modern material palette combines warm wood tones with light finishes, creating a timeless and cohesive aesthetic throughout the home. The living area is anchored by a custom fireplace feature, designed to bring both architectural presence and warmth to the space.

Bathrooms were redesigned with clean lines, integrated storage, and balanced lighting to enhance both functionality and comfort. A layered lighting plan ties the home together, adding depth and refinement across all spaces.
