ProStyle Construction Ltd. was built on a simple belief: how you build matters just as much as what you build.

Our roots trace back to 2007, when ProStyle began as a one-man flooring and tile operation focused on precision, reliability, and earning trust one project at a time. That commitment to craftsmanship and accountability quickly led to larger responsibilities, including high-end residential renovations, complex commercial projects, and partnerships with some of Canada’s most respected builders and institutions.

By 2012, the company evolved into Vancouver ProStyle Contractors Ltd., delivering work across Metro Vancouver in collaboration with industry leaders such as Bosa, Axiom, PCL, Ledcor, Novacom, and numerous municipal clients. Along the way, our work earned local and national recognition, including the 2023 TTMAC Hard Surface Award for The Post redevelopment in downtown Vancouver, one of the city’s most significant heritage transformations, the 2023 Georgie Awards Finalist recognition for a Vancouver residential renovation, and the 2026 Canadian Choice Award for construction companies.

As the company grew, so did a clear vision: to create a firm dedicated entirely to intentional residential construction, where leadership, planning, and execution are treated with equal importance.

That vision shaped the next chapter through a partnership that revived and grew Venture Pacific Design + Build beginning in 2020. This period was defined by direct investment, hands-on leadership, and the rebuilding of operational, financial, and strategic foundations. Working alongside talented designers and architects, the focus shifted to major renovations and custom homes that demanded clarity, discipline, and long-term thinking. By the end of 2024, that chapter was intentionally concluded to refocus on building a future-driven company.

Today, that vision lives on in ProStyle Construction Ltd.
